I have to say this was the worst house cleaning experience I've had so far. A list of things the cleaners didn't do-dust the living room, vacuum the hall or straighten the rug, wipe down the mirrors in the bathroom or bedroom, make the bed, vacuum/sweep my room. They did a okay job on the kitchen and bathrooms, but besides those areas, it looked like they hadn't even cleaned the house. I wish I could post pictures of the poor job that they did. And to top it off I contacted the manager and he was all apologetic and wanted to make it right, he said he would send someone to clean the rest of my house. Ten days later he still hasn't sent anyone. I guess customer service isn't their strength either. I won't be using their service again. read more
