When people think of Hooters, they have mixed emotions because of the waitresses' outfits. It may be a bit out of touch with today's environment and the numerous movements. However, I never came here to check out their outfits. I came here to check out the wings, historically speaking. I've also enjoyed their cooked oysters and steak sandwiches. And folks bring their families to Hooters so, it's become part of mainstream Americana. When I used to work in Rosemont, I visited more often but now it's a bit out of the way. So when I do stop by, I want to load up on wings - which heat up quite nicely in my toaster oven. I'm also a big condiment guy so I get mild wings so that I can pair it with whatever sauce or hot sauce that I'm in the mood for. These wings go really well with celery stalks and blue cheese dressing. I also make sure to wash this all down with an ice cold craft brew or two.
