When my husband & I lived in Cotati, the staff took care of all our bike needs (they also have an amazing assortment of bike accessories). Being a huge believer in supporting small business owners, we wanted to come here first! The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable & outright nice. Spent over an hour trying different bikes & NO pushy sales speeches. They ask about your budget & what you're looking for. I bought a much higher end mountain bike that I intended, only due to the handling & my comfort on it. I waited 20 yrs to get a new bike. Had to run a few errands, came back 30 minutes later & was out the door with all the add on's attached. That would NEVER happen @ REI, the line alone can take that long. Lol Now that's what I call outstanding customer service! They just made a lifetime customer out of me! Well worth the one hour drive from our house. read more
