I love this place! I brought my bike in for a tuneup after ignoring her for about a year. I told them I was happy to see that they required masks. They told me they have had some push back and were given bad reviews because but they were more concerned with they're customers health. I've always brought my bike there and have always been happy with their work.

Chaz is the man! Brought him our old Santana tandem with a broken axle. He first tried to find one in his shop that might work but to no avail. He then searched the internet and was able to pick one up on eBay although it was in the UK. None the less, he had it shipped over from the pond and got it repaired for me. Great work and OUTSTANDING customer service. I'll be back! Thank you Chaz.

Excellent service, great prices and superior knowledge was not enough. These guys had to raise the bar. When the pandemic limited access to bikes, they went out of their way to find my daughter the perfect pink bike. I will always shop for all my bicycle needs here and only here. They don't just sell and service bikes. They make memories possible in difficult times. Thank you Clare

Great selection of bikes. Giant, Liv, Cannondale. There are other brands as well. New and gently used. The owner is awesome. She's very informative and kind. I highly recommend this bike shop. Buy local.

Nice sturdy rack for purchases on the road and a great comfy saddle. Note the brake light/turn signal on the tail of the deck.

I recently bought a two-wheeled adult scooter. I needed a rack and a more comfortable seat. I stopped by The Hub Cyclery to see what they could do for me. Claire showed me several racks, some in stock and some not as well as the great Cloud9 saddle. She ordered the perfect rack for me. Sturdy and very affordable and we ended up ordering Cloud9's Cruiser saddle. Email communications were very prompt and the stuff arrived in no time. Being retired and somewhat lazy I had Chazz do the install.....especially since it was so reasonably priced! Excellent job and he had excellent suggestions for the now displaced brake light that was mounted to the old seat. I took his advice! Very happy with the products, pricing and service at Hub Cyclery. Am totally confused by the couple negative Yelp reviews here but I guess some folks expect to be kissed on their.....ring because they do business with you. My experience in general is be civil and respectful and you'll be treated likewise. Hub Cyckery is now my go-to for bike and scooter needs.

The Hub is great !!! Took my bike in today with two flat tires . Chaz and Claire took in my bike and took care of another problem I didn't even know about quickly and on very short notice. A day before Xmas mind you . They are awesome and will always bring my stuff there as I have several bikes.

Loving my new purchase & the customer service!

He always wanted to sit on the ones we saw parked and stand on the running boards. We finally went into our local store (San Francyclo) and took one for a test drive with our son on the back. It was pretty much over as soon as he saw it and I think it's fair to say he's in love with our new Spicy Curry. He regularly says "Wow, this is so fun!" which makes us smile every time. We can bike him to and from daycare (2.5 miles) on it and with the pedal assist I almost feel guilty it's so easy. The hills are no problem and we're passing folks on regular bikes. We went to my work yesterday and rode down the wiggle. He couldn't stop talking about everything he was seeing. The Yuba is a solid bike and we like that the wheels and tires are fat and built to withstand San Francisco's diabolical roads and potholes. You can add all kinds of accessories to suit your needs. We added the Yepp mini for our son and the soft spot padded seat. We can actually easily fit the three of us on the bike and it's just as easy to bike around. If you're thinking about getting a Yuba I'd highly recommend it. It really is so fun.

It's enormous -- the kind of enormous where you half-expect to find a lost civilization in the camping section. And somehow they have everything. Outdoor gear, bike shop, rentals for basically any activity you've ever considered trying drunk at a party, lift ticket discounts... if it involves fresh air and mild suffering, they've got you covered. Now let's talk about the Basementeers membership, because it deserves its own paragraph. Twenty-five dollars. Once. For life. That's not a typo. For the price of a mediocre cocktail, you get 10% off forever, plus occasional 20% Friends & Family discounts. I've made worse financial decisions in the same afternoon. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and seemingly immune to the judgment you'd deserve for asking "what's the difference between hiking and walking." Basically: go. Join. Buy things. I like the program because the items don't end up in the landfill and someone else can use a perfectly good item. I used to love trading in and the credit was 25 to 30%, then it went to 20% then it went to 10% and now 5% for street items. I do understand camping gear is more than 5%, not much more. I would really hate to see that section go under and not be used the way it was intended, when the program was created. I imagine fewer people are bringing items when they only receive 5% on street items. I brought a street item in, which was a very nice new woman's backpack, with the tags, for $65 not including tax. I received $3.25 trade-in, that's 5%. The down grade is very disappointing. The profits could be shared, the store credit ends up going back into the store. Good luck, maintaining this section due to policies. Please reevaluate before it's too late, check for decline.

I'm used to dropping my bikes at our local Specialized dealer and leaving them sit in line for a few days until there number is up and a mechanic gets after them. If all went right, I usually was separated from my ride for a week or so. I went to the online calander and found the appointment time that worked for me. Mat showed up right on time (7:00AM) I tasked him with tuning up 2 mountain bikes and a road bike. It had been awhile since my rides had received any professional love, and we're very much in need. Before I left for work he had inspected all three bikes and had quoted his recommendations (new Continental road tire, bar tape, and tire goo). He had all the parts in his van, so no delays. I went to work and gave Mat the instructions on how to lock the bikes up in the garage when he was finished. Around 11:30 he called me and went over all the notes on work order. When I got home that evening I checked out the job and was totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the process in general. No loading, unloading and hauling around bikes, and trying to pick them up before the store closes. I totally recommend Beeline and will continue to use their services in the future.
