Checked out the new Humble Bistro in downtown Phoenix, and it's a solid addition to the area, especially being so close to the arenas. The decor is great--really sets a cool vibe. Food-wise, the Humble Caesar is absolutely delicious and easily my favorite thing on the menu. You also have to get the Forno bread; it is a total must. The Pasta Rosa had good flavor, and the meatballs were so good. Service was a little on the slow side, but I'm cutting them some slack since they just opened. Definitely worth a visit. read more
