Let's start with it's an IHOP.
With that said, the seasonal decorations are ON POINT.
We went at 3:30pm.... It was a straight walk in, sit down, and food on the table all in 15 minutes!! The food came out as ordered, HOT, and freshly made.
My meal of choice; the breakfast sampler, with the eggs over medium, and all the meats. My girl got the NY Cheesecake pancakes, over medium eggs, ham and hash-browns. Beautifully put together and delicious.
The facility was clean, well kept, and presentable to its finest.
When all the mom and pop breakfast spots are closed, this place came in clutch.
