I contracted Ivan and his team to completely remodel my kitchen and living room. This was a very extensive project requiring a complete gut and relocation of the kitchen, removal of a load bearing wall, and running a new sewer line. I'm very happy with how this reno turned out and with the quality of work. Everything was done up to code and fully passed city inspections.
