Pretty much they work great when it works (besides for online gaming, no way it works) and download speeds are okay. Streaming usually has no issues. The kicker: it will randomly decide to not work. It isn't that it is spotty or that a streaming video buffers or has bad quality, even though that happens from time to time. I mean that it will just disappear from my wireless networks for days at a time. Or (the annoying part) is that it'll connect, but when I go to sign in it will tell me that something went wrong and I should try again. But it doesn't get resolved until you call the help line. It would be a one star if the customer service was bad, but it isn't as bad as most. I don't think the people picking up the phones are dealing with the internet and they are friendly. Only problem for that is that they are only open Monday thru Friday. So if your internet doesn't work at 11pm on Friday, you don't get it fixed until Monday morning. Which is frustrating.
