it says here "Angadpardeep has delivered your package.". tracking number 974791434 ..
but my address specifically says Building 2. it was left in the wrong building, which i do not have access to, with a pile of other packages. Due to lack of attention to detail, or carelessness, my package was dumped with the building 1 packages shortly after 230pm today. it was supposed to be my groceries and I am hungry. it is now 10:25PM and I had someone from a random number text me at 838PM. Said they would look into this. "Ok i ll checl it as soon as possible" . didn't hear anything back for a few hours. then they just answered me again saying it will take 2 to 3 business days to get my package. I spoke to someone on the phone from Intelicom and she said I am supposed to get my package tonight. I want a refund and I am deeply dissatisfied with how this was handled.
I am hoping there is a way I could ensure 100% that I would never have to deal with Intelicom ever again
Update : I just had Intelcom representative email me a fake screenshot that the driver made, with my phone number on it, claiming that I said that yes I have received my package. This is absolutely unacceptable and both Amazon and Intelcom have launched an investigation against this employee. See attached screenshots for reference. read more
