A parcel left by Intelcom Express left unattended outside 20 story building next to sidewalk. No buzzer to the door went off. No phone call. No knock on the door. $450.00 value of goods. unbelievable!! Same time last year police called me as there was an investigation of theft that was reported by a tenant. I have complained many time to this company. Police say that they definitely should be delivering to customers. The tenant who filed the complaint got reimbursed by the store. In future If I can manage to find out in advance that this company is delivery my orders, I will not place an online order with the store. I just made a phone call to Intelcom as I did many times last year, and they claim they filed the complaint and reprimand the driver. Thats what they said last year, but here we go again.
