The owner operator is Issac and he is just terriffic. UPOD that is under promise and over deliver. I have had 3 different phones fixed at this shop in the last four years. He has always done quality work and delivered the phone faster than promised. He is incredible knowledge able about all aspects of cell phones from carriers to the devices themselves. I was the director of plastic and reconstructive surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons for over 20 years and invented Botox for wrinkles in 1994. I put peoples faces back together when everyone else thought that they were inoperable but I am 68 and retired. I did not grow up with cell phones and computers. To this day, I do not know how to type but what I do know and know really well is that I can spot talent, especially the talent that I lack. I have the brains and money to hire the best. Issac reminds me of myself 40 years ago. I knew ,I would be a world beater and walked with the confidence that it would be easy for me. That is Issacs with a cell phone. He does complex repairs like its a chip shot. Most importantly, his prices are very competitive when the quality of the service he offers deserves a premium.
