I deleted this a while ago thinking the CEO that contacted me would come through. After filing with BBB still nothing.
The "tech" I trusted to fix my phone stripped a screw and I walked up on him talking about snapping off a part of the bumper that secures the backplate to make it fit. I thought I heard him state that he could bend it in without it being "noticable". he was shocked when he found me standing behind him. They ended up breaking off the original plate to get the screw out. That's not all! My phone went black a week later so I took it back. Turns out something came loose inside. And more!!! A week later the phone screen was going crazy. i'd touch one part and everything would get gittery. They told me it was the digitizer being faulty. When I took it back the "expert" put a ATT screen on my Verizon phone!!!! If you are unfamiliar, they are completely different in size and format. The contrast was terrible and the screen shined through the frame. He seems to have smashed it together to make it fit. He handed it to me and said nothing until I turned around and asked why it looked like it did. I was disgusted with the way they did things behind my back and with no approval. I went back because they needed to order more screens and they put the correct format on but the phone has never been the same. The light shines through the solid plate, it shines through the simcard holeand the plate is loose enough to where when you push it you can feel it wiggle. I reviewed the company on Yelp and the CEO reached out asking how he could resolve it. I told him everything I'm saying here now and I also told him his employee guaranteed that the entire iphone would be replaced if it was damaged. He never replied. I reached out again months later and he asked again how he could make it better. Again I old him everything and informed him of what I felt adequate compensation would be. He didn't reply for 24 hours so I emailed again. His excuse was he is CEO and, to paraphrase, too busy. I'm disgusted. How many other customers might this same thing happen to? read more
