If you are looking for a great variety of cell phone accessories this is the perfect store. Phone case and pop socket galore! Many options for screen protectors as well and they will even put it on for you if needed! Thanks again!

Very disappointing experience. I fully understand that if a…read morephone's condition is not acceptable, a store can say no. That is normal. But once your employee inspects the phone, agrees to a price, and puts it in writing your store is responsible for honoring it. On my first visit, an employee (Shan) inspected my iPhone 14 (unlocked), saw all the cracks and scratches, and still agreed to $250. He wrote the phone model, price, and his name on a note and asked me to come back the next day because data transfer was taking time When I returned, another employee (Raj) completely refused to honor that agreement. The excuses kept changing. If you cannot stand by your own employee's decisions, then why are they inspecting phones and giving written prices at all? Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was treated rudely, accused of "forcing" him to buy the phone, and even threatened with calling security for absolutely no reason. I did not attempt to do anything wrong. I was calm, respectful, and only asking why your store was backing out of a written agreement. Communication was extremely unprofessional. I was told to switch languages because the employee was not comfortable speaking English, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing business. I won't comment on their repair quality they may fix phones well but their customer handling, accountability, and professionalism are terrible. This experience wasted my time, fuel, and effort. I would like a response from the owner regarding this incident. Until then, I would never recommend this store

My nightmare began with a screen replacement on May 26. Immediately after the repair, the…read morereplacement screen was hypersensitive, glitching, and clearly malfunctioning. I also noticed a very small chip along the side of the screen and returned to the store that same day. Instead of addressing the defective repair, the technician claimed the screen issues were somehow my fault. He then proceeded to press firmly on the exact location of the tiny chip, causing the screen to spiderweb and crack further right in front of me. The damage visibly worsened due to his actions. When I returned to speak with the manager, he grudgingly agreed to replace the screen for an additional $100--but only if I removed my negative review. Reluctantly, I removed the review, paid the money, and had the screen and protector replaced *Just HOURS later, the screen went completely black* I immediately returned to the store, where I was told the issue was caused by liquid damage. That explanation was impossible--the phone had not gotten wet or been exposed to liquid in any way during the few hours since the repair. After considerable back-and-forth, the manager finally agreed to repair the screen again. Now, *just FIVE DAYS* after that replacement screen was installed, the phone is once again completely black and non-functional. At this point, there is a clear pattern of failed repairs. Most concerning was being pressured to remove a negative review in exchange for a partial remedy to a problem that should never have occurred in the first place, so I will NOT be removing this review. I will be taking my phone elsewhere for repair, and I will be escalating this matter to CPR Corporate and any other appropriate consumer channels.

They replaced my cracked ipad screen and did a nice job. Several years later a section of the…read morescreen quit responding. I called and they said that it sounded like the screen might be defective and that they would fix it under warranty as long as it was not showing signs of being dropped or water damage (Neither of these had happened). I took it to the store and received a call within 1 hour that said they would not cover it under warranty as it showed signs of being dropped and that it would be over $200 to fix it. I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! Bottom line if you value having a warranty STAY AWAY. It is too easy for them to decline the warranty service and the customer has no way to challenge their decision.
