Charlotte JITB suck - There was no ice in the front area, the soda machine sucked and only had one choice (water), and the staff was rude about just getting orders out and general interaction. I've seen this at almost all of the JITB locations in Charlotte and I'm a huge JITB fan and really wish they'd get their act together. Even if you love love love JITB, I'd say to go to the Arby's next door as they were a million times better. I gave it two stars as that Egg Roll (even without the sauce which they were out of), was sooooooo good. But let's pull it together, JITB Charlotte Area. You're a bunch of clowns. read more
