It was our first visit, and maybe our last. I had chicken and slaw and mashed potatoes with my wife's green beans (she hates vegetables). I thought my food was pretty good. She didn't like her chicken or her spicy mashed potatoes or her strawberry turnover. The biscuits were hard and I had to beg for butter for them. They ran out of Diet Coke! Who runs out of Diet Coke? The wait inside for someone to wait on us was unbelievable! We were the only one in line and it still took 10 minutes to give our orders! Then another 10 minutes to hear our name yelled out! The staff was ok, they just distant to pay much attention to inside the building. They had 4 people working on drive thru! Inside the restaurant was clean, as well as the restroom. IF you have lots of time and don't mind waiting, I would recommend giving Jack's a try. Half of our group liked it quite well. The other half won't be coming back. read more
