My family members went to buy wedding attire, on suggestions from loyal patrons,. After the first visit they were treated with very poor service. When time to pick up suites, different employees, same rude service! Their suites were altered totally wrong at pickup. I am appalled at this! My husband and his Dad were loyal patrons of Jack's for many, many years with never a problem. If I could post pictures of the horrible tailoring jobs, I would. Buttons falling off, didn't cut pants but put a hem in them about 6 inches long, then had the nerve to add a split and throw the pants at customer when quote... "that was the best she could do!" They were to be cut and tapered! The buyer is every bit of 5 ft. tall! The Grooms pants were tapered and bunched! They are on their way to Cleveland to get that messed fixed before the wedding!
