Usually this time of the year around November, those James Avery catalogues start showing up in the mail. It didn't take long for my wife to spot a particular ring which got her attention. After letting me know how much she wanted it and even gave me her ring size, it was up to me to surprise her with it. It should be pointed out that James Avery never participates in Black Friday weekend sales events like everyone else. For that matter, I did not spot anything that was marked down or on sale.
