He checked the size for me and made the adjustment. When we determined it was too tight, I asked if he could swap it back. After he audibly scoffed with obvious frustration, he decided that he needed to check to make sure I truly purchased the watch from their store prior to replacing the link. In addition to that, he had an associate ask if he knew anything of a stone left in a cleaner and he responded unprofessionally and rudely. What an uncomfortable experience. The South Austin store is by far the better store for service overall experience. They are fantastic at that location. Make the 25 minute drive.

Inside this historical home are several other businesses sharing different rooms. However, I did not see much in the way of women's clothing as it seems to be more of a arts and craft store. This boutique fits into two small rooms about the size of two bedrooms, or about the size of an efficiency apartment. They have a lot of interesting artisan items such as calognes, body scrubs and room fragrances, but you can also design your own hats, necklaces, T-shirts, and tumblers with decals. What brought us here was the fact that they apparently sell something called LaBubu which is a Chinese doll that seems to have become the next Cabbage Patch kids craze. This little doll and the accessories ain't cheap and can set you back close to 100 bucks. Definitely a nice spot to visit if you find yourself downtown as the included photos and videos attest.

Dropped off a custom commissioned drawing. It is irreplaceable. That went well. In three weeks got an email to pick it up. Just kidding. The framer quit and as a parting gift notified all clients, done or not, to get their framing projects. Jokes on us. Fast forward six weeks and still waiting. Tried to call multiple times and when you select the option for a representative it immediately hangs up. As if someone picks up the phone and puts it back down. Waited another week and went in. It was lost. They found the physical picture in a stack. Nothing in the computer. Manager shows and it is found. Beyond frustrating given the past experience at a Michaels elsewhere. Harsh words exchanged and refund given. Stepped over the children rolling around the floor by the bathroom, never to return. Quite honestly they are probably relieved.
