My husband bought a sterling birthstone bracelet for me for Christmas. I couldn't have been more disappointed with the quality for the price. He paid over $250.00 for the cheaply made bracelet containing four birthstones. The Opal and sapphire were synthetics. The bracelet was only available in a size 7 or 8-1/2. Thinking the 7 too small, he purchased the 8-1/2 - way too large. I can't return it, due to the customizing of selected stones. It was a sweet and considerate gesture by my husband, but I feel Jerod's took advantage of the men buying gifts for their sweethearts. I would never have chosen it for myself knowing a good value when I see one. The band is flimsy and will surely break with casual use. read more
