This is my first time here and I'm impressed! The lady behind the counter is really nice and had my order ready really quick even if she was on her own and had several other customers. My bagel (sorry I was hungry and forgot to take a picture before I bit into it) is crispy and delicious. My chai is foamed to perfection and the ambiance is so cozy and welcoming.
