The salon messed up my hair. I asked for two inches off, but about four inches was removed, and it was uneven. I didn't notice until I was out of the salon and saw myself in a mirror. They didn't even tell me or try to fix it. I fixed it myself at home since I didn't want even more chopped off. The layers were also cut improperly with some long and some short.
