I recently bought a pair of Doc Martens from Journeys after being told I had a full year to return them if they didn't work out. I wore them once very briefly and they hurt my feet, so I decided to return them. Unfortunately, when I went back, they refused the return because I had worn them, even though they were in perfect condition and I was explicitly told I could return them. Disappointing experience, so I have to give them a one-star rating for not honoring their return policy. read more
