It is clear that Juniper serves high quality food. Everything was cooked well; however, I was honestly underwhelmed by the experience. The crispy potato, although beautiful in presentation and cooked with precision, was seriously lacking flavor (in both the potato and the cheese it came with). The rigatoni alla vodka was perfectly cooked; nevertheless, I wasn't crazy about the dish. It was good, but not something I would order again.
