I've visited this location a few times before, and in the past, they've done great work, especially with cat-eye designs. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The lady doing my nails couldn't execute the special designs I requested, which was frustrating. I also came in for a pedicure, but the experience was terrible. The technician was extremely rough while removing my polish and seemed to have an attitude, tossing my feet around like she didn't care. It felt disrespectful, and I ended up leaving I refuse to spend my hard-earned money on poor service. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon." read more
