The tacos were delicious, and quite surprisingly, filling. Sometimes food truck tacos aren't filled with much meat. I can honestly say, the tacos left me satisfied. I ended up getting the Korean Beef, Pork, and Brisket tacos. I didn't have room in my stomach for the sides.
