While installing my new deck my contractor inadvertently cut through my skimmer and Polaris underground water lines while digging the post holes. The timing could not have been worse as it occurred during peak pool closing season where all the pool contractors are slammed closing pools and have no time to deal with a maintenance call like mine. To make matters worse, my own pool which was out of commission due to the water lines being severed was supposed to be closed in two days where my appointment was scheduled 6 months in advance and cancelling meant loosing my closing window. That's where Kangaroo Pools came in, who were recommended to me by Leslies Poo, as they were able to work my emergency repair into their own busy schedule realizing the tough pickle I was in. The owner and his crew were friendly throughout and were quite knowledgeable in all facets of pool construction and how to maintain and repair them which is the primary focus of this small business. Additionally, considering I was over a barrel and had zero leverage they could very easily have gouged me with the repair bill but instead held to their normal rates, which are quite reasonable and took care of my problem in less than an hour.
