Kenn Schmitz replied that I may have a 54" wall and there is typically 2" of sand under the liner. I asked if it would be possible for someone to come look at it first. He replied 2 days later "Sorry, it's not a style of pool and installation that we are used to working with and suggested Pool Town or Watson." What??? This is a regular pool there is nothing about it that special.

Their website says: Service Includes: Testing of pool water chemistry Addition of chemicals needed for water balance Skimming of pool surface Vacuuming of pool floor Alternating weeks of waterline cleaning and wall brushing Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets Backwashing of filter as needed I let them know what happened and sent a video attachment. They offered to give me a credit for one service. They had been out over 20 times. Remember to Inspect what you expect, if you choose to hire them in the future.

So we gave up and called for professional help. Chris, who answered the phone in no time, jumped right in to help us diagnoses the issues. He waited on the phone patiently while we lubricated the rubber ring of the pump, went back n forth dumping water in the pump, recirculated and rinsed the filter. Finally it was solved all with in a thirty minutes phone call. I can't say how grateful I am for this place and really wish there are more local business can be like this. Thank YOU so much, Chris.

He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He also said that we knew it would be more than $450 because it was such a large job, but again that was not true he never discussed it with us that it would be more the $450. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. Not only did he not finish the job and demand we pay him more but I had to continue to clean my yard every night when I got home. He would skim all the stuff out of the pool and just throw it in my grass dead frogs and everything.
