My wife wanted to check out this store while we were at Universal City Walk. She loves jewlery so when she saw them while we were walking, she wanted to go inside. She first took a look at their necklace in display then Myra (I think was her name) came to ask if we needed any assistance. My wife had a bunch of questions so Myra helped her and also give recommendations as well. When she was doing that, I was walking around the store and looking at what they had. My wife decided she wanted a necklace so I got it for her. I saw they had a bowl next to the cashier and asked what it was for. Myra said it was to energize your jewlery or whatever you brought from there so she energized my wife necklace for her. They don't give receipt here so be aware, I choose the text message option.
