And here I am back with an update! The owner Kenny said if I give him proof they are cotton they will refund me. I prefer provided a receipt and information on the cotton tote bags. They are now asking me to come back in and bring the totes to come up with a solution rather than just giving me a refund!!!! Kenny does not take any accountability!!!
