KFC quality control is non existent! I rarely eat KFC as each location seems to either make awesome chicken or some nasty concoction they try and sell as chicken. The Colonel is rolling in his grave to what has become of KFC! Its no wonder Popeyes down the road has a line of cars waiting to enter the parking lot. This area of Naples has few choices for fast food, KFC corporate better get on the ball because Popeyes is going to take away 50% or more of KFC's business. This restaurant is poorly run and it shows as the floor, tables and restroom are dirty. Its time for a refresh of this location and for KFC corporate to step in and manage this location better. As for the chicken on this visit, lets say they could use the oil they fried the chicken in as bio fuel! Chicken pieces were small, oily and had little of the famous spices. read more
