Don't order online. I ordered online and picked up at the store. Once we looked at the food we saw that all the chicken was completely burned. Not edible. Called the store and asked for a refund. I was told if you order online that they will not refund you at the store. I called the KFC 1-800 number. I was refused a refund from them as well. They offered a $15 credit even though my order was $35. They then hung up on me. I am so sick of this happening. I won't order online again. I won't order from KFC. I can get chicken at the grocery store. Ridiculous. I would give negative stars. But obviously I can't do that. read more
