The store near 71st and Memorial Dr. in Tulsa is by far the worst store in the history of KFC. The employees are poorly trained. They can't process a simple refund. The young man bagging my order was rubbing his nose and using the tongs for chicken to open the mini oven doors. I was so disgusted. The manager / supervisor Ashley was nowhere to be found to complain in person. I used the App for my order so of course you pay in advance and still my order was not ready until almost 30 minutes later. This was unacceptable. Steer clear of this location if you want your food in a timely manner and don't want to get sick. This was my 5th and last time giving these folks another chance to make things right. My order was missing items when I got home. I went inside for my food . The restaurant was dirty and disgusting with an open drain and trash on the floor. Yes I took pictures ! There were 5 people on the team working and still the food was not ready in a timely manner. If I owned this store I would definitely fire whoever is in charge of training. read more
