If I could write a zero star review, I would. I was here on 5/15 around 6:06pm. I got a 2gram jar of wax and a 2gram vape cart, the lady was extremely impatient with us, didn't give or offer a receipt so by the time we were done here I wasn't even thinking about the receipt. I get home to my grandparents house(in town from Reno,NV) and my whole top of the cart came off and leaked all over. I tired calling to see if I'd need the receipt and nobody wants to answer all morning. So I drive 30 minutes here and get told there's no evidence of my purchase even tho they need to scan ID's to keep track. I've been apart of the canna industry for 6 years this is the first place they had "no evidence" of a customer. The employee who didn't give the required receipt needs to be held accountable. I've been a med card holder for 6.5 years and this is the most ridiculous thing I've delt either thus far. read more
