If I could write a zero star review, I would. I was here on 5/15 around 6:06pm. I got a 2gram jar of wax and a 2gram vape cart, the lady was extremely impatient with us, didn't give or offer a receipt so by the time we were done here I wasn't even thinking about the receipt. I get home to my grandparents house(in town from Reno,NV) and my whole top of the cart came off and leaked all over. I tired calling to see if I'd need the receipt and nobody wants to answer all morning. So I drive 30 minutes here and get told there's no evidence of my purchase even tho they need to scan ID's to keep track. I've been apart of the canna industry for 6 years this is the first place they had "no evidence" of a customer. The employee who didn't give the required receipt needs to be held accountable. I've been a med card holder for 6.5 years and this is the most ridiculous thing I've delt either thus far. read more

Amazing prices and staff but they ruin the bud by breaking it down and getting all the trichomes on their gloves in the process. You end up with popcorn by the time you get your product and it's just not worth it. Not worth the prices they offer if they break the bud down to popcorn so you end up right back for another eighth the next day. Give the full nugs and stop with the popcorn. It makes nos sense and it ruins everyone's mood when they open a pack and are shit bud. read more

First off I never write reviews good or bad but I feel I really need to.If I were the owner of kind leaf I would want to know.So here goes I went in last month and bought some edibles less than I would have but the budtender was very inpatient.He ended up giving me the wrong strains and gave me 50mg when I said I only want 100 mg.So I call and they say next time I will get a dissatisfied discount which can be 10% up to 30%.So today I go with my receipt explaining everything the budtender says I will get 20% off.I live 50 miles away so like to stock up plus thought I was getting 20% off.I look at my receipt at lunch and he only gave me 10%off even though he asked someone twice if it was 20%.So I go back and explain what happened and the manager says I can't do anything my other managers are gone.I explained to him I boughtmore than usual because I thought it was 20% off.He did not seem to care so I said I won't be back than and he simply says OK!If he would have given me the$10.50iwas owed you could have kept a good custimer. read more

Ive been to dispensaries all over the Pacific Northwest, and this place has a great selection compared to a lot out there, but the service is terrible. I sometimes feel like Im talking to people who have no history in customer service, nor do they know much about the product except to repeat the words "sativa" or "indica" off of the packaging. You will find much better service at other cannabis providers in town. On multiple occasions I also find myself waiting in a lobby for 20 minutes just to go in for 3 minutes to buy something. read more
