Chen's is our favorite Chinese restaurant in town. The service is consistently good, and the food never disappoints. They start the meal with fried wonton crisps paired with a house-made duck sauce that's absolutely delicious. I ordered the Hunan chicken, which had a well-balanced spice level and great flavor. Everyone in our party chose something different, and no dish missed the mark. Each entrée comes with your choice of white, brown, or fried rice, and the portions are generous and satisfying.
