*** 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND*** they were very nice when i first walked in. asked for a pedicure and to also just get two tone gel nails and they seemed absolutely fine with that. i finished my pedicure and they sat me down to do my nails and this lady was a grade a b**ch right out the gate. i showed her a reference photo(as seen below) and she just couldn't comprehend what i was asking for even though i already picked my colors and showed her THE EXACT PICTURE! she then proceeds to start raising her voice at me cause she wasn't understanding what i was politely asking. finally we get it figured out and she starts on the nails and when i tell you she was being so rough and just slapping the polish on i mean it. she was painting my literal skin like crappy mannered 5 year old. i also want to mention that the whole time she was speaking in another language in a hateful tone as if she was either talking crap about me out loud or if it was her way of "saying it to me" without actually being an adult and having a conversation with me. i never should have paid her the amount she was asking when i was through but im not that type of person. all in all i just don't understand why EVERY nail salon ive gone to either acts this way or does just a very poor job just to get you in and out im so sick of it!! read more
