I have never had such a rude phlebotomist in my life this woman is just rude rude rude she seems angry has no people skills and should not be working in the industry she's in because of her attitude bad attitude very very bad. This is my first time here and my last time here she just is a bad bad person can't believe they hire people like this and and expect them to treat the public like they do. I don't know her name but she was the only African-American. Step by step. 1. I entered the the office and signed in, nobody greeted me. The person above asked if I had paperwork I said no, two different Doctors sent in there lab slips. She said "how" I said I don't know which caused her to give me a sarcastic look. I said I have an appointment and registered on line with all of my information, she said nothing and then said have a seat. Next I hear " George room 2" I go to room 2 to find Mrs wonderful waiting for me. 2. She did not confirm the orders. 3. She immediately prepared my arm for the blood draw, I stopped her to point out my vein runs in an odd direction. She immediately got upset and said " you touched the vein now I have to clean it again" I said "I don't want you to stick me in an angle because you'll go right through it" she said "I've been doing this for years I know what I'm doing" I let her stick me and she got the vein in her first try. Kudos. 4. She did not confirm my information on the tubes of blood. 5. She wrapped my arm with a bandage and said"keep this on for 10 minutes" and that was it.
