Absolutely a top-notch establishment! Let me tell you, I was nervous about this flooring project after getting burned by my previous installers, who, despite their high ratings on Yelp/Google, absolutely sucked. This time, I was determined to find both quality products and skilled installers.
We met with five different installers, got quotes, and narrowed it down to Landers and one other. Dale at Landers was incredible. He stood out by far in knowledge, reliability, and helpfulness. His expertise in flooring was leagues ahead of everyone else we spoke with. He guided us through selecting a high-quality LVP that met our needs and budget. His knowledge alone was the deciding factor to choose Landers over a slightly lower bid.
And boy, am I glad I did. Their installers did an amazing job. The craftsmanship was impeccable. Even small details, like reinstalling door stoppers after replacing baseboards (which my previous installers didn't do), showed their attention to detail. Humberto(sp?) and his son were fantastic. They covered everything as expected, removed the carpet and tiles, did the proper floor prep, patched up where needed, and finished the job in just two days. I thought it would take at least three, but with a team of 10+, they were super efficient.
