Milsa is a all you can eat meat sit down table style. Waiter go around each table with meat on a skewer and you say if you want it or not.
The selection of meat is big. Porc, boeuf, chicken, all with different spices or glaze, different cuts, different prep. You have garlic bread too. And there's all you want sides like home made salads, French fries, beans, coleslaw, rize, smashed potato, mushroom, etc.
The ambiance is like a festival place that is represented by the Milsa (I forgot the name). When the dancing start, the music get very very loud. It gave everyone a headache and we were far from the speakers. It lasted for about 15-20 minutes and don't try to speak to someone, it's louder than a night club.
As for the food, the quality dropped since covid. The meat weren't as good as it used too. Chicken had lots of chewy parts. The only good one was the filet mignon which they bring to you at the total end when you're full.
Service was very bad. We asked for water at the beginning and wine. We asked 6 times for the water and got it after an hour. The first skewer had only 1 sausage in it, he said he's coming back. We asked 6 times everyone that came if we could have the sausage back. We had them 2h40 after we started eating! We asked for a refill of mushroom and fries, we had them 1h30 after asking for them.
Everytime a waiter came around with a skewer, either it was only doing the front 2 tables and moving on (while our plates were empty) or it was empty before reaching us and never came back.
It was a very bad and expensive time. I won't be coming back.
TLDR the service is very slow and horrible, the gods is mediocre at best and the cost is very high. Costed more than 350$ for 4 persons and an entry level wine bottle. Keg is a way better choice for cheaper! read more
