I had the opportunity to have a wonderful dinner last night. The artwork throughout the restaurant and bar is beautiful and a delight to experience. Our server Aaron was absolutely delightful. He had full command of the menu offering the best of what you have to offer. He was attentive and has a hospitable spirit. The Bangkok beef had incredible flavor though was very tough. Not was I was expecting. The special Kao Soy was fantastic with the combination of lobster, chicken and a scallop. The shrimp dumplings were great with the toppings of sautéed garlic. The steaky bacon was wonderfully flavored with the sweet buns as an accompaniment. Why I rated this Lemon Grass low was the management. My guest and I whitenesses a few interactions with the staff of him swearing and being overly critical. The fact that I could hear and see this was truly awful. He has white hair glasses and walked through the restaurant with hands in pockets. Unfortunately unprofessional and a poor representation of a restaurant of this caliber. Shame on you.
