I hired Lemon Protector for a pre-purchase inspection expecting a detailed report as advertised on their website. What I received was a basic code scan and three photos (two of minor scratches and one of tire tread). I never received a comprehensive written report, despite multiple follow-ups. They later claimed they emailed me the report. I checked thoroughly, including spam folders, and nothing was ever sent. Worse, their inspection completely missed visible exterior damage to the passenger-side mirror housing, damage that a BMW dealership later confirmed was preexisting and caused the turn signal not to work. Their follow-up was dismissive, and they refused to issue a refund. I DO NOT recommend Lemon Protector and would caution anyone considering them.
