If you have to get tires at any Les Schwab, always choose to get any other Les Schwab possible than this one they tell you time frames that are unrealistic they will make you wait an hour or two for a $20 patch. They don't care at all and when you even calmly try to discuss it with them, the little girl behind the counter gets an attitude who should never be working a customer service or she can't handle that as well as the guy that I used to trust with my vehicle seems to all of a sudden have a problem, this place is trash. It is garbage I used to love Les Schwab this This one just made me hate Les Schwab forever once again do not bring your vehicles to this place go to the one in Ashland, where they do great service go to the one in Medford where you can get mediocre service but still better than this garbage they should fire that little lady behind the counter. She has no business working in customer service. I hope the main boss someday read this. I hope you realize there's no more room in this world for idiots that wastes peoples time. read more
