Let me start by saying Ally won me over , she is AMAZING! I started with getting 4 bids to remodel my master and guest bath. LIA was the 2nd most competitive out of the 4. I went with them because of Ally, I new she would be a pleasure to work with . Ally was very responsive, and never made me feel bad about questioning something . She was clearly my advocate in making sure everything went perfect. One suggestion I have (that is no fault of LIA) is to make sure to not choose your materials from a photo. I made this mistake and the color was a bit different in real life . No problem, Ally to the rescue. She even offered to come over and go shopping for replacement materials with me.
