If I could give 0 stars I would. We initially called Lickity Split to run a coax cable in our attic. They came unprepared and decided to give us a madatory quote (per their company regulations) to upgrade all of our outlets. Said they would be contacting us to come back and run the cable. We followed up and they informed us they would run the cable to the tune of $1700. We requested a refund of the service charge because they didn't perform the job requested. My wife went into the attic to run the line instead (I was post-op at the time). We've called multiple times for records and documentation so that we can submit a dispute with our bank and they refuse to provide this information. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is not their priority, they do not care about performing the job requested, they do care about taking advantage their customers and charging outrageous amounts for a simple job such as a coax cable. read more
