With a brand named LIFETHERAPY, it comes as no surprise at how warmly I was greeted upon entering. Witnessing the life, love and care that is given to create and package these products makes me happy that I made the drive.
I was encouraged by Andrea to freely explore; touch, smell and try the products and I did. Some scents grabbed hold of me more than others. My favorite scent is still Grounded; the fragrance notes include fresh citrus, heliotrope (flower), dry amber, calming rose and vanilla. The combination blended together wont allow me to pull away from it. It layers well and is light yet lingering. This scent makes me feel pretty and gives me LIFE.
I am a true believer in practicing self care and believe it translates to self love. We all have to do better about making ourselves a priority. The more we do, it allows others to see our light. A glow that starts from within.
