This establishment recently had its soft opening last week, and we visited the day after its grand opening. The venue was quite busy, and we experienced a 20-minute wait, which was manageable. It appears they may be experiencing some staffing shortages, as water refills took a considerable amount of time, and there were delays in clearing our plates. This could potentially be attributed to the recent opening. I found myself needing to retrieve a clean plate from another station. The sushi booth seemed to be consistently low on items. Despite these observations, the food offered good flavor and an appealing presentation, distinguishing it from other buffets in the area.
