Local Craft Brewery is a hidden gem in the mountains! We dropped by on the Sunday of Memorial Weekend after visiting Death Valley (really need a cold one), about an hour before closing, and to our surprise, we were the only customers there. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly server (we didn't catch her name), but she definitely added a cheerful vibe to our visit. The ambiance of the brewery is cozy yet cool, with a rustic industrial feel. The beer menu is pretty extensive, offering a diverse range of styles that cater to every palate. We got 2 flights, and here's a quick rundown: (1) Corvo Nitro Coffee Stout (I mean who can resist a nitro stout??)
