Cool little brewery spot in an industrial area of Tehachapi. There's limited parking, look up front before you pull into where the brewery is. Taproom features many beers on draft and in cans for on site consumption or to go. We tried four different beers on a flight, the girl working behind the bar was nice and the beers were ok. Definitely worth a stop if you're driving through and you like beer!

Local Craft Brewery is a hidden gem in the mountains! We dropped by on the Sunday of Memorial Weekend after visiting Death Valley (really need a cold one), about an hour before closing, and to our surprise, we were the only customers there. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly server (we didn't catch her name), but she definitely added a cheerful vibe to our visit. The ambiance of the brewery is cozy yet cool, with a rustic industrial feel. The beer menu is pretty extensive, offering a diverse range of styles that cater to every palate. We got 2 flights, and here's a quick rundown: (1) Corvo Nitro Coffee Stout (I mean who can resist a nitro stout??) (2) Chill Stout Brah (3) Dark & Fluffy Porter (4) Chris (My favorite ) (5) Hazy Double snobs (6) North County Heff (His favorite ) (7) North County Red (8) Catching Hops (9) It's going brown for real (10) Orange Poptart Love the colorful cans lined up on the bar as well The artwork were so cute, couldn't resist and we got some beers to go! We highly recommend stopping by Local Craft Brewery, especially if you appreciate well-crafted beers. Cheers

Julie and Katie are rock stars!! I have been A long time customer. Usually ordering to go. Recently I have become addicted to Trivia night with Liz!! Liz you are great!!! They also have open mic on Thursday. I loooove the beer. You can't go wrong with any TIPA. Mr Kitty is A fav! Reverse Glory hole! Poke express is usually here on Wednesday and it's so so. Great place here, family friendly. If your confused as to why your driving behind home depot. Keep going your almost there!!! Come see Julie and Katie they got your back here.

This place has such a cool vibe and lovely service. The bartender was so kind and helpful! Wonderful spot to hang and enjoy craft beer.

This is my must stop on the way to Big Bear from Monterey. They typically have a ton of taps going with high quality hazy double IPAs and sour heavily fruited "slurshy" beers. On the latest trip it was freezing so I tried a coffee stout made with Corvo coffee. It rang in at 8% which is typical of a LCB beer. They like to test the higher ABVs and their cooler is usually stocked with a Triple IPA or three. On this latest trip I really scored with a freshly stocked fridge with Red fruit roll up Sour (had never had one but wow!), Tangerine sour, and two different Hazy Double IPAs. The "This Label Sucks" IPA was one of the better beers I've had in a long time. I am not exaggerating when I say that we time our trips to coincide with their opening hours. I trade these with friends who have now begged me to bring them back beers on our trips back. Don't miss this spot!!

Always stop when I pass through town. Great beer and great music when they have it. The people they bring in for food is never fail. Jordyn is the best.

Local Craft Beer, also going by the abbreviation of LCB. I had the Hop Bender, the can art is definitely referencing the character Bender from Futurama. This is a triple New England IPA coming in at 10% ABV so it's leans more towards the stronger side. This beer has hoppiness (of the dry flavored sort) and tropical flavors. A decent New England IPA but not necessarily the most memorable as so many breweries have taken this route and it's hard to distinguish between one IPA from one brewery vs. that of another. Though the New England style still holds my interest more than the usual IPA. Despite my critical opinion the Hop Bender is refreshing in of itself and would be a very suitable match with a fresh slice of pizza or nachos.

Looking for the best local IPA in Tehachapi? Well, in my opinion, LCB has the best IPAs in Tehachapi. And then the service. You couldn't ask for better service than Cheyenne, Katiie and Julie. And, of course Nicole. My favourite place to drink.

Delicious beers, friendly staff and dog friendly. Stopped here on our way home from cross country trip. Definitely worth it!

Little hidden gem . Can be hard to find, but when you do ... has a good selection of beers. You can sample selections , before you make your choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The other patrons were very social. Meet me at the lake ... is a light beer, not too heavy ... recommend!

Good beers, some cans to go. Live music and very dog friendly. Cool place. Staff is cool. They also have mixed drinks and vino if that is your flavor. Nice outdoor seating area and large garage doors open in the summer. Off the beaten path but worth it.

A must-stop if you're in the Tehachapi area, the name doesn't get any more literal. It's hard to find, so follow your GPS and don't doubt yourself when you come to a series of warehouses, because this brewery is the one in the back. There are no food services, just some pretzels provided for free though there are some small bags of chips for sale. I appreciate the organization and information on the chalkboard, listing all the beers they have, ABV, IBU and what size you can get them in with pricing all there. It makes selecting a few beers for a flight tasting easy to put together. The two beers I really liked were the bourbon barrel aged stout with cacao nibs and the birthday cake that has its own unique sweetness. Disappointed that my crawlers were flat after a week of purchase, Amy said they would last perhaps the fill or seal was off? To be honest, I'm not all that familiar with crawlers, but it all worked out because my friends weren't picky and at least they got the flavor of these far away beers.

They share a parking lot with another bar but hands down Dionysus has some of the best flavored brews. They have their iconic Milkshake Dreams, which is a milkshake IPA. Definitely some great merch, to go along with their to go drinks. Great bartenders, who will talk with you about the games or even the WWE matches they'll play some nights. Stop on in for a couple beers and definitely get one or two games in of NBA Jam, in their "game room." Have a great night out, or afternoon at the bar and see you at the next spot.

The beer slushes are pretty fun too, especially on those really hot summer days. Staff is super friendly and willing to help with suggestions if need be or just great conversation.
