This is a shame because I have been getting an oil change from this place for a couple years now with no issue. Didn't think of it at the time because I spend more time in my work vehicle. But turned on the car I see washer guild empty. Even though they said they checked and filled on the receipt. Things happen and it is a couple bucks to get from Walmart. But after getting fluid. Lifted the hood. I see the cap looks cut. Ok not the worse thing. But I filled it up and it started leaking on the garage floor. What are they doing? It is like they are purposely sabotaging the machine to get you to come back in and have to you spend money on it. Makes me wonder what else they are doing. If you have an issue after any service I would drive right back to the dealership and have them fix the issue. read more
