The sales team is slimy and the service sucks My mom went in there for a issue with her car and she was quoted almost 1200+ tax for a bad ABS sensor in the wheel Then when I said to drop the car because I can fix it for a $200 with light mechanical knowledge, they offered her 570+ tax because it was already up and being worked on I went to talk to the manager, Carl, and he had no idea what was going on. Despite the fact, he told me that the whole engine's wiring harness would have to be replaced because he said part of their ABS systems are all part of the same harness as the engine wiring harness when anybody with a brain or Google knows that ABS systems have their own computer and their own wiring off that computer that has nothing to do with the engine wiring harness. All they could do is quote her $570 plus tax for a rubber Gromit on the washer reservoir because the wiper fluid was not working and 3 1/2 hours of labor for something that I just fixed in less than 30 minutes with no certifications or schooling just as a mechanic as a hobby I'm telling you as one person with a heart to please read the reviews on the sales and service of this place before you go there to buy a car or have your car fixed because this type of dealership is white all dealership dealerships have bad names If I could write the zero stars and shut this place down I would but I have stopped 74 people from ever coming here again and within the next couple weeks of people watching my videos and seeing what they did and how they treated people I'm sure it will stop thousands of people from ever coming back here again read more

I have been waiting for any communication update regarding a refund on the maintenance extended contract that I bought on my 2020 Kia soul. I had warned my wife that they would tell her there was a problem with the car when she brought it in for the free lifetime oil change as they had done to me in the past. I routinely visit this dealership for my complimentary oil change and inspection and I'm never disappointed. I also never feel that they're pushy when it comes to adding services. When it was recommended that I get new tires, my service tech offered to put on tires from another merchant if I wanted to shop around. All of their servicemen are super kind and knowledgeable. They're realistic about wait times for service and their waiting room is chock full of treats, snacks, and beverages. This is a shame because I have been getting an oil change from this place for a couple years now with no issue. Didn't think of it at the time because I spend more time in my work vehicle. But turned on the car I see washer guild empty. Even though they said they checked and filled on the receipt. Things happen and it is a couple bucks to get from Walmart. But after getting fluid. Lifted the hood. I see the cap looks cut. Ok not the worse thing. But I filled it up and it started leaking on the garage floor. What are they doing? It is like they are purposely sabotaging the machine to get you to come back in and have to you spend money on it. Makes me wonder what else they are doing. I have purchased many vehicles over the course of my life this place is the worst.. service keeps you hanging and does not do what is needed but tries to add extras .. surveys are given to those that are happy w/but none to those that complain I had splash guard replaced in March and in my opinion, they didn't put enough fasteners and it came off again June - they told me I ran over something which I knew I hadn't so basically called me a liar and wanted to charge to replace it again. I came for a regularly SCHEDULED oil change in August and told them there was some hesitation with the transmission - I was dropped off at a nearby shopping area and called 3 to 4 times.. waited five hours was finally picked up and when I got my car didn't realize until I was almost home 15 miles later, but they hadn't even completed the oil change .. I had plans to go out of town unable to bring it back until a month later which I am just now doing and once again they're saying that they cannot find anything with the transmission but again have waited now three hours.. My buying experience July 12, 2025 * At 3:00pm I arrived at Lowkey Kia and met with Rob, my salesperson (who sold me my current 2024 Sorrento) o We looked at a couple of Tellurides We agreed on the managers' special Telluride * I had made it very clear and communicated NO Money down o We went back and forth on pricing, and again, I mentioned NO Money down * We agreed on monthly payments and life of loan...its now around 4:00 pm * They took the Telluride back to get detailed o I waited another 1.5 hrs. The service cleaners stated the Telluride was very dirty...and is why it took 1.5 hrs. to clean * I inquired about the extra warranties I had on my current car o My Sales guy, Rob, told me that Finance can discuss this with me o I was at another dealership the day before They suggested that I could go back to Lowkey Kia if I wanted to trade my car in * And Lowkey Kia would tell Kia Finance, where my loan is o I would get a check for the remaining balance of what was paid for these (THIS IS IMPORTANT) * It is NOW 6pm and I am going into Lowkey KIA Finance o I have an A+ credit rating Because of term of loan my interest % was high Instead of trading my current car in, I just said I want to keep it. And asked what would the loan payment look like * This loan payment without trading my car in was significantly less, which I anticipated * However, the Finance gentleman informed me that the contract showed a $2,300 deposit. I DID NOT APPROVE THAT OR WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS!!! In other words, they took the warranty refund that I would be getting from my current loan and applied it to the sale of the new car, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL OR KNOWLEDGE! o He then told me that's how the sales manager Tonoka wrote up this contract * I said what kind of business practice is it where you reallocate the customer's money WITHOUT TELLING THEM! * I asked the Sales Manager, Tonoka, about this unethical way they did business with me. He instead wanted to attack my character, and how I should not be angry. I was there for 3 HOURS purchasing a new car. Bought my 2016 Kia Soul at Lokey Kia brand new. (Never a good idea to buy a new car but that's a different subject.). Love the idea that I get free oil changes for life and I have to admit their waiting room is fairly nice. You get free pastries, snacks and beverages and there's a TV and reasonably comfortable chairs. However, every time I've been there for an oil change I've had to wait at least two or three hours because they spend that time looking for things they can do to your car that will separate you from your money. Then they present you with an outrageous list of things they think you should fix. Of course being the astute old lady geezer widow that I am, I smile and leave. Then I call my best auto mechanic friend and my out-of-state brother (also an auto mechanic genius) and then based on their advice I take my car to my regular auto repair shop and get maybe one or two things done that actually need to be done for lots less money. At my last oil change my car radio didn't work. Lokey Kia wanted to charge me $1132 to fix it. I took it to Radio Active Car Audio and they fixed it for $117. The kicker is that Lokey Kia charged me $99.99 that I had to pay just to tell me that my car radio didn't work. read more

This place plays games with pricing. Called about a car I saw online, was given a price and asked what other fees there were, was told there was an $899 dealer fee and that was it. When I arrived, they added on an additional $1609 reconditioning fee. A what? I've never seen this type of junk garbage fee ever! This was not disclosed on line or on the phone. When I asked about the fee, he was very combative saying "it's listed on our website." This is a deceptive and absolutely ridiculous way to draw people in for the "bait and switch." This dealership, through this practice give car dealers a bad name. I have purchase through Fuccillo and had a great experience. Stay far away from Lokey! I recommend going to other dealerships that are honest and straightforward. read more

It's such a shame that as great a car as KIA is there is never EVER a great dealership. Customer Service? HA! There is not any such thing here. From the moment you enter their "kiosk" it's a self serve operation. Fill out the paperwork yourself on a clip board, hand it to the next available person and then just sit and wait while they try and find every legitimate item to run the bill up by $1,000. It's just all about the commissions that these guys are able to make. Why make a 9:15 appointment if you aren't going to take the car in until 10? So your customer can sit in the waiting room? Then sitting right across the breezeway, the service writer texts you with their recommendations. Why? Why won't someone just walk out and talk to you in person? The answer I got was the memorized response that they have down pat. It just feels so shady and lazy. I went for a KIA recall and an oil change but that wasn't what the service writer had in mind. I know that they always try and upsell you anything they can, but my car did not need brakes and why wasn't this on the written repair order that I was only given after I was made to walk out to the car twice when leaving? "Customer declined recommended services" is all they would write down. Yes, when I need brakes, I'll get them and for less cost somewhere else. The car is just a wonderful vehicle and I would buy another one, but the dealerships are such a let down. Oh almost forgot about not having a spare tire. This is a scam from the factory. The gas mileage is lower due to the weight of the vehicle without a spare tire. Who even checks this when they buy a car? I didn't. I took it for granted. Buyer Beware! Simply the worst service department in my 30 years of owning cars and dealing with dealers. My wife's 2015 Kia Sedona (still under warranty) had a noise coming from front wheel so we brought it into the service department. It is 4 weeks later and they still have the car with little to no communication on when it will be fixed. One time they told my wife it was fixed and when she picked it up and started to drive home it was worse so she drove right back and told them they had to actually fix the car. On the initial drop off she waited 4 hours for what was scheduled to be a one hour inspection. Truly, their service department is the worst. We took our car in for a small A/C vent repair. In the process of fixing it, they broke the entire steering assembly. The car was not drivable for 14 days. No apology, no responsibility was taken. In fact, they used our warranty to fix the thing in which they broke, so they could get paid. The whole situation was unethical and unacceptable. Their communication was horrendous every step of the way, calls wen unanswered for days at a time. They also never told us when the car was ready. My daughter purchase a car at this location. fast forward to the pick up date and signing of the paperwork. There was a chip in the pain on the front end. When I addressed it with her sales person he said that if they fix the paint they will have to raise the price for the car. I said to him that the paper the did not say as is. Forward the Monday following the 10/30/21 she received a call that he has good news that they will cover the painting at no charge. The other issue is that the car seems to have a problem relating to the rpm/accelarating. When she brought this up to her sales person he told her theres a lot of power under the hood. Another salesman told her that the car is a turbo. I look at the paperwork even the price sticker on the side of the window there no mentioned of it being a turbo. I sent an email to the service manager and the general manager on 11/10/21 I've yet to hear back. Left message for the service manager on 11/29 he called me back in 11/30. I left him a message to return my call anytime after 5pm. Here we are Decem 5th no call back. I have no other alternative to contact the better business bureau. I am more puzzle that they left the previous owner person information in the glove department. Reckless on there end. Me and my wife have been working with the dealership and with a gentleman names Jack to find a New Sorento. The salesmen Jack kept trying to place us in a used one after we made it clear we only wanted new. Then a sleazeball by the name of Jason started working with us (what a piece of work this guy was) and out of the blue offered us a new 2022 Sorento and even got us approved for the loan with zero down. Keep in mind when we met Jason he presented himself as the finance manager. So when we first went up to the dealership Jack had absolutely no idea about the car or about anything we were approved for nor was there a finance manager there. Plus, we also came to find out that the car wasn't even new. It was a used vehicle with 1900 miles! We took a few days to decide on the car because something didn't feel right about the deal but then decided to go for it even though it was a used vehicle because the miles were really low. Thru out this time we asked on multiple occasions what we were approved for and was given the same number every time because we wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting into. By the forth day we asked him to start finalizing everything and Jason said to come up and get the car that day and he would get it ready. We went back again to pickup the car and come to find out Jason wasn't even a finance manager he was just some stupid 'internet director' whatever the hell that is. After we started to sign everything Jason said he needed to get with the finance manager and get the paperwork to sign for the financing and that we should go out and start moving everything to our new car from the cars we were trading in. Once EVERYTHING was in the car and ready to go I went in to give the manager the keys to our trade ins and the finance manager said "Um, we might need to get the keys back". Unbelievable! Supposedly the bank came back and changed their minds about the original offer and that they are now asking for a point and a half more and our payments changed $70.00 more. That made no sense at all so we said forget it.....fix it or we are leaving. They said there was nothing they could do. Come to find out later after we left that Jason put the car in the system to the bank as new and it wasn't so when the finance manager put it in properly all the numbers changed and they wanted a down payment that was high. We left and told them even if they fix it and get everything right to not call us cause we will never come back. My wife came home that night crying because she really wanted this car. PLEASE......please do not go to them.......and please read the other comments here and on yelp before doing business with them. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB but I'm sure they won't do anything. Plus, don't even try reaching the manager cause they are never around and could care less. You have to stay away from this place. Everyone there portrays themselves as someone they are not and they are only going to take you to the cleaners. They are marking up new cars $20k over MSRP!!! One of the perks is lifetime oil changes, only drawback is that it is real hit or miss on whether or not your oil change will be quick, or like the visit to an overcrowded doctor office where you might be stuck for a while. Just purchased a 2020 Telluride that I'd been wanting for months. Start to finish Michael Murray was amazing. I came in the first day just to look at it in person, I even told Mike I didn't want to waste his time because my husband wasn't with me and I was just looking, he didn't mind he took his time showed me all the Tellurides they had, explained features, took me on a test drive, was great with my son. We shook hands and told me to come back anytime. Zero pressure. He was amazing. Came back the next day and got the deal done. I detest car buying but not with Mike.
